Stuart
Stuart began his financial career in 1985 as the Vice President of Marketing for Security Pacific Insurance Services, overseeing over 240 offices in 42 states. In 1989, Stuart co-founded Financial Resource Network, a financial services firm that focuses on long-term relationships, wealth, estate, and charitable planning for multi-million-dollar estates and also providing Group Benefits. Since entering the financial planning profession in 1989, Stuart has developed broad experience in estate planning and portfolio planning.
Stuart has been collaborating with other professionals to create customized plans whether it be for an individual, family, estate, or multi-generations. It has been a very rewarding career as he has positively impacted many lives, assisting his clients in achieving their financial goals, protecting their wealth, being tax efficient and protecting families from life altering circumstances.
Since 2013, Stuart served as a mentor to the Facilitators/ Ambassadors for the Lombardi Family Office (LFO) as well as the Director of Client Operations and Case Management for the LFO. He was also responsible for identifying and qualifying those firms that might be a good fit for the LFO.
Additionally, Stuart served as the C.O.O. for the Advanced Tax Planning Institute, a bi-annual educational symposium put on by the LFO and their various strategists. His responsibilities included identifying and qualifying presenters that were a good fit for the LFO’s premier educational event. Stuart also assisted in the coordination of the agenda, sponsors, and speaker presentations.
In January 2022, Stuart partnered with former LFO Director of Communication Scott Johnson to create the Team FRN platform.
In 1982, Stuart graduated from the University of Miami with a BBA degree and in 1984 he earned his MBA from California State University, San Bernardino. Stuart resides in Carlsbad, CA with his wife Tracy. They have three adult children of whom they are very proud. In his spare time, Stuart is very involved in his Family’s charitable Foundation as well as supporting the Fisher House Foundation, LymeLight Foundation, Hunter’s Hope, Boys to Men Mentoring Program and Miracle League of San Diego. He enjoys being with friends and family, cooking, music, working out, going to the beach, watching sports, and traveling.
